Cash on delivery
The Ink Ritual accepts cash on delivery, also called COD. Place your order through our store and pay the delivery carrier when your order arrives. The carrier’s cash-on-delivery service accepts cash and card payments.
Payment is collected by the carrier on our behalf. Placing a cash-on-delivery order does not require an online prepayment to The Ink Ritual. The final amount due is shown at checkout and in your order information.
Currency and charges
All prices and amounts payable are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable tax, if any, and shipping charges are displayed before you submit your order.
Shipping is free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is $25.00 USD or more. Below $25.00 USD, shipping is $12.00 USD. Shipping and tax do not count toward the free-shipping threshold.
We do not charge any additional cash-on-delivery, payment handling, or collection fee. If you are asked to pay an amount different from your order total, contact us before making the additional payment.
Delivery arrangements
Provide accurate contact details and ensure that someone is available to receive the order and make payment. Follow the assigned carrier’s delivery and payment instructions. Contact us if you need help with a delivery or payment arrangement.
Refunds
Approved refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are paid by bank transfer to the bank account provided for that purpose. They are not automatically returned to the card or other method used at delivery. We do not charge a refund handling fee.
Returned items are reviewed within 1 business day of receipt. After approval, refunds are expected to reach the provided bank account within 1–10 business days. See our Returns and Refunds Policy for eligibility, shipping-charge treatment, and further details.
Payment and refund information
Do not send payment-card security codes, online banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes to us. For a bank-transfer refund, our support team will explain the account information required to send the payment.
