Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, and messages you send us. If you request a bank-transfer refund, we collect the account details needed to arrange it.

We maintain order, delivery, cash-on-delivery payment-status, refund, and customer service records. Card payments at delivery are handled through the carrier’s payment service. You should not send us card security codes, banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes.

When you use the store, Shopify and our service providers may collect device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, and information about actions such as viewing products or placing an order. If you choose to submit a review or other content through an available public feature, the information you submit for publication may be visible to other visitors.

How we use information

We use the Google & YouTube integration for standard conversion tracking to measure actions associated with our Google advertising, such as purchases. Who receives information

We disclose relevant information to Shopify and service providers that help us operate the store, process orders, deliver packages, collect cash-on-delivery payments, arrange refunds, provide customer support, protect against fraud, and measure advertising performance. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not make customer bank details public.
