What does The Ink Ritual sell

We sell calligraphy brushes. Check each product page for its materials, size, package contents, and care information.

Where do orders ship from

Orders ship from warehouses in the United States. We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long does delivery take

Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. The estimated total is 4–7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How much is shipping

Shipping is free on a discounted merchandise subtotal of $25.00 USD or more. Below $25.00 USD, shipping is $12.00 USD. Shipping and taxes do not count toward the threshold.

How do I pay

We accept cash on delivery. Pay the delivery carrier in cash or by card through its cash-on-delivery service. There is no additional COD fee. See our Payment Policy.

Can I return or exchange a brush

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Ordinary returns require an unopened, unused product in its original packaging. Product defects, damage, and incorrect items are handled separately. See the Returns and Refunds Policy for the complete conditions and process.

Can I try a brush before returning it

A brush opened or prepared for use, or dipped in ink or paint, is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not prevent you from reporting an inherent defect discovered during necessary opening or initial use. Contact us before sending it back.

How are returns and refunds arranged

Contact customer support first. We provide instructions for approved returns and cover their return shipping cost. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains original shipping charges, inspection, and refund timing.

How will my COD payment be refunded

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to the bank account provided for that purpose, rather than automatically reversed through the payment method used with the carrier. Returned items are reviewed within 1 business day after receipt; approved refunds are expected to reach the account within 1–10 business days.

Can I change or cancel an order

Email support@theinkritual.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the order can still be changed or stopped before dispatch. Once it has shipped, contact us for the available options.
