The Ink Ritual is operated by AI Curated Goods LLC, with its business address at 707 Circle Dr, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States. These Terms apply to your use of our online store at theinkritual.com and purchases from it. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Payment Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

Provide accurate information when placing orders or contacting us. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement under the law that applies to you, or have the appropriate permission of a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, or interfering with other users or store operations.

Products and descriptions

We sell calligraphy brushes. Review the individual product description for the materials, dimensions, package contents, intended use, and care information relevant to that item. Photographs and screen displays may show colors differently, but this does not limit your rights when a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Follow the care instructions supplied with the product or shown on its product page. Contact us if you need clarification before using a brush.

Prices orders and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The order total, including shipping and any applicable tax, is displayed before you submit an order. Our cash-on-delivery payment arrangements are explained in the Payment Policy.

We may need to contact you to clarify an order, correct an obvious error, or address unavailable stock. If a material price or product error affects your order, we will explain it and seek your agreement to any proposed change, or cancel the affected unshipped order and refund any applicable amount already collected. We do not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. A change may not be possible once the order has been dispatched. Your rights relating to delayed or unfulfilled orders are not limited by these Terms.

Shipping returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy sets out our service area, handling and transit estimates, and charges. The Returns and Refunds Policy explains the 30-day request period, product-condition requirements, defect exceptions, return instructions, and refund arrangements.

Approved refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are made by bank transfer. Read the Payment Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy before placing an order so you understand this process.

Shopify and personal information

Our store is hosted on Shopify. We use Shopify Network Intelligence, which allows Shopify to process information about your interactions with our store together with information from your interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services. These can include personalization, fraud prevention, and advertising-related services. Information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers and processed in countries other than your own. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy for information about Shopify’s practices.

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we use and your choices. Privacy choices and any consent required for tracking are separate from acceptance of these Terms.

Store content and submitted content

Store content may be owned by us, our suppliers, or other rights holders. You may use the store to browse and make purchases, but must not use content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

If you submit a review or other content for publication through an available store feature, ensure it is accurate and that you have the right to submit it. Do not include another person’s private information without permission. Private customer service messages are not treated as permission to publish them as testimonials.

Service availability and external links

We may occasionally interrupt or update the store for maintenance or other operational reasons. External links are provided for relevant information; third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. This does not remove our obligations for orders placed with us.

Consumer rights and changes

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights, remedies, or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Changes to these Terms apply from publication and do not remove rights arising from purchases already made.
